Great News! The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has updated the Vacation Watch Request Form, allowing citizens to complete the necessary information, at their convenience, and just hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. The form will automatically route to the appropriate District and be provided to officers that patrol that area / contract.
All you need to do is visit harriscountyso.org, go to “Services†then “Public Programs†and tap on “Vacation Watch.†While on vacation, should any deputies discover something suspicious, Harris County Sheriff's Office will contact you with the numbers provided.
The construction has begun! The Cimarron MUD Board of Directors has worked together with both Harris County and Van de Wiele & Vogler Engineering Inc to commence the Peek Rd sidewalk expansion project. This will complete the portions along Peek between Kingsland and Cimarron Elementary to allow pedestrians and students full undisrupted connectivity to the school from both directions via foot.
Sidewalk additions begin July 20th. Completion is estimated to be within 3 weeks.

Created on February 9, 1976, Cimarron Municipal Utility District has been providing water and waste-water services for over 40 years. We are currently transitioning from reliance on ground water aquifiers over to surface water. In an effort to reduce subsidence this conversion to surface water has been mandated by the West Harris County Regional Water Authority, founded in 2001.
